Food waste has been reduced by an average of 15% to 20%, and the Hävikkimestarit system is in widespread use. Portion sizes can now be selected in Apotti. Overall, the volume of biowaste generated by HUS has decreased by 18%, but it has increased at some hospitals. Also, there is still work to be done in the consistency of waste quantity reporting between hospitals. |
