The trained members of our customer panel, rehabilitation panel and family panel along with our experiential experts are contributing to the operations and services of our hospitals. The members of our research panel contribute to the research conducted at HUS.

We collect feedback on care and on our operations more generally. This feedback is important, because it helps us improve our services. Open feedback can be given anonymously either to a specific unit or generally to HUS as a whole. The customer satisfaction survey is intended for patients and customers who have been treated at our units.
