HUS year 2022: Personnel
We had over 26,700 employees in 2022. The beginning of the year was affected by extraordinary circumstances caused by the coronavirus pandemic and the labor market situation, which put pressure on personnel. However, overall satisfaction with management improved.
Supervisors and leadership
We supported good leadership practices through the Esihenkilöpassi (‘supervisor passport’) coaching and with a strategic project to ensure supervisor capabilities.
Personnel availability and recruitment
We addressed personnel availability issues for instance by improving our employer profile and by adopting regional and international recruitment.
Wellbeing at work and occupational safety and health
The motto of our wellbeing at work program – Healthy at work, healthy at home – summarizes the wide range of efforts for wellbeing at work at HUS.
