Inocybes (Inocybes)
Many Inocybe –species (for example Deadly fibrecap, Torn fibrecap, White fibrecap) contain muscarine, which can cause symptoms in the nervous system. Usually symptoms begin within 30 min - 2 hours after ingestion. Typical symptoms are sweating, increased salivation, lacrimation, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
Ingestion of a small amount (less than 2-3 cubes of sugar) does not require any treatment. If ingested in greater amounts administer activated charcoal and seek medical assistance. Contact the Poison Information Center if someone has ingested Inocybe -species. Save the mushroom for possible identification afterwards.

Iron supplements

Isopropanol
Even a gulp of isopropanol may cause intoxication for children. If the child drinks liquids containing isopropanol, contact the Poison Information Centre to confirm toxicity.
Ketoprofen

2 tablets as a single dose is neither likely to cause symptoms of poisoning nor require special treatment. If the ingested amount is higher, contact the Poison Information Centre to confirm toxicity.
Levothyroxine

When the ingested amount is less than 4mg of levothyroxine (less than 40 tablets containing 0.1mg, or less than 160 tablets containing 25mcg of levothyroxine), symptoms are mild and do not require specific treatment.
However, if the person develops notable symptoms (temperature rises during the next 24 hours, for example), seek medical assistance.
Liberty cap (Psilocybe semilanceata)
Liberty cap is poisonous to the central nervous system (CNS). Disorientation, dizziness and hallucinations occur rapidly after ingestion. Maximum of two ingested mushrooms does not require any treatment.
If ingested in greater amounts, seek medical assistance. Contact the Poison Information Center if someone has ingested Liberty cap. Save the mushroom for possible identification afterwards.
Magnet
Swallowed magnet is considered harmless regarding to toxicity. However, it can cause bowel obstruction like other foreign bodies.
In case of ingestion, contact your primary healthcare center or other emergency unit for more information.
NB! If several magnets or magnet and another metal object are ingested, seek medical assistance without delay. Attraction may cause serious damage in the bowel.
