Pediatric Advanced Home Care enables you to care for a sick child at home safely.
We treat patients who have fallen ill suddenly or need short-term care at their home. Our patients include, for example, children in need of intravenous antibiotic treatment due to acute infection or wound care.
We also treat patients in need of long-term care. Patients treated at home may have, for example, a tracheostomy or they may need to use a medical device.
Treatment at home is optional and free of charge for families.
Pediatric Advanced Home Care operates in the municipalities of the HUS region: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kirkkonummi, Kauniainen, and Kerava. Long-term care can also be arranged in the Lohja, Porvoo, and Raaseborg area.
We treat acutely ill patients within 50 kilometers of Jorvi Hospital regardless of their home municipality.
