Keywords:(Updated on 08/06/2020) We have restricted visitations to the wards and units at HUS’s Gynecology and Obstetrics to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. These restrictions apply until further notice. In unclear situations, please contact the unit stated in your appointment letter for more information.
This text is no longer updated. Please visit the page Restrictions on visitations and appointments in Gynecology and Obstetrics for current information.
Visitors are not allowed in any HUS hospitals or units if they present even the mildest symptoms of a respiratory infection (cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, muscle and/or head ache, for example), or if they have been exposed to the novel coronavirus. Any visitors must use hand disinfectant when they enter and leave a hospital, a ward, or a patient room.
If you are quarantined to your home due to a trip abroad or some other reason, you cannot attend your appointment. We recommend that any flowers be sent to the patients’ homes instead of the hospital.
