We make appointments and provide advice to patients in the Uusimaa region. We have a call-back service from 8 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
We also assist health care personnel when they are making appointments on behalf of a patient.
The cost of a call to our booking or advisory service helpline and the waiting time is the local call charge.
We collect feedback on phone calls with text messages. Our feedback survey will ask you, among other things, whether you were able to resolve your matter and whether you would be willing to recommend our services to others.
Chatbot serves customers 24/7
In our Chatbot and chat services, we answer questions about, for example, making appointments and the opening hours of units. The Chatbot serves customers around the clock. Our customer service personnel respond in our live chat on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Patient lifts
A patient lift is available at many of our imaging service locations, e.g., to transfer patients from a wheelchair to an examination table. If you need to use a patient lift, please call in advance to the relevant unit.

Our appointment booking instructions are for patients in the HUS area. We have compiled separate instructions for patients in the Kymenlaakso and South Karelia wellbeing services counties.
How do I prepare for examinations and where do I get the results?

How do I order a copy of an image? (opens in new window, links to another website)
You can order a copy of the images taken in a medical imaging examination on DVD or on a memory stick if you are going to have further treatment elsewhere.
